By downloading, installing, or accessing Rune Blast: Block Puzzle, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game from your device and cease all usage.

1. License to Use the Service

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All assets, codebase, art elements, and rune designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Novacore Labs. Copying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized distribution of this software is strictly prohibited.

2. In-Game Items and Currency

Any gold, themes, or boosters acquired in Rune Blast represent virtual elements with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or converted back into real currency. Novacore Labs is not liable for virtual item losses arising from device replacement, local data clearing, or application deletion.

3. Third-Party Ads

To keep the Game free-to-play, we display third-party advertisements via Google AdMob. Novacore Labs does not monitor or assume responsibility for the content, accuracy, redirection paths, or data habits of external advertisers. Interactions with these ads are at your own discretion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees that the Game will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices. Use of the software is at your own risk, and you assume sole responsibility for any device data changes.

5. Adjustments and Termination

We reserve the right to alter, patch, suspend, or discontinue the Game features at any time. Any changes made to these terms will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and local courts shall hold jurisdiction.
